If arriving later than expected; or for early check-in or late check-out please contact us directly.

We reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 1 night's tariff if cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to check in.

Extra Child: All children under 12 years are charged NZD $10 per person per night.

Extra Adult: Children 12 years and over or Adults are charged NZD $20 per person per night.

Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets by arrangement: Pet Fee $10 per night

Free WiFi is available

Parking available outside each unit. Additional parking available for more vehicles or for oversize vehicles

Visitor Policy
No visitors are allowed in units after 10:00pm

Reservation Policy
We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak times. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

Damages Policy
Any damage to the unit or property may be charged for.
All units are totally smoke free. Smoking within a unit may incur a charge for appropriate cleaning and resulting loss of income
