Reservation Policy
We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period
over peak times. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge the equivalant of one nights tariff if cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to check in.

Motel Policy
No visitors are allowed in units after 10:00pm

Damages Policy
Any damage to the unit or property may be charged for.
All units are totally Smoke Free. Smoking within a unit may incur a charge for appropriate cleaning and resulting loss of income
